To qualify for the lead installer position you must be able to use a brake to bend metal for window flashing and have very good finish carpentry skills. The $2,000 Sign On Bonus only applies to qualified lead installers with a minimum of 5 years experience as a lead window installer and does not apply to persons previously employed by Windows Of Wisconsin.
